The debenture contains an accurate legal description of all of its freehold and leasehold real property as of the date of this Agreement, except for the Aquarius Project, the Clavos Project, the Eskay Project, the regional exploration properties in the Timmins mining camp referred to on Schedule B and the "Ontario Real Property (other)" referred to on Schedule B.
