Esjay means Esjay LLC, its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and the joint ventures, subsidiaries, including Novitium Pharma LLC, partnerships, divisions, groups, and affiliates controlled by Esjay LLC, and the respective directors, officers, general partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.
