ESI IP definition

ESI IP means ESI Technology and ESI Intellectual Property Rights.

  • ESI may commence, prosecute, compromise or settle any such claim, action or proceeding, as well as any claim, action or proceeding to defend any of the ESI IP Rights, in its sole discretion, but shall not have any obligation to do so.
