ESH Law definition

ESH Law means all international, EU, national, state, federal, regional or local laws, common law, statutes, ordinances, directives, regulations, decisions, notices, directions, standards, codes of practice, judgments, decrees or orders, the requirements and conditions of all ESH Permits, agreements, circulars, guidance notes (statutory or otherwise), and judicial and administrative interpretations of each of the foregoing concerning (without limitation) the protection of or harm to human health or the Environment or the conditions of the work place and worker and process safety, or the generation, transportation, storage, treatment or disposal of any Hazardous Substance, in each case as enacted, amended, replaced or supplemented from time to time.
ESH Law means all international, EU and national laws, common law, statutes, ordinances, directives, regulations, decisions, codes of practice, judgments or orders, the requirements and conditions of all ESH Permits, circulars, guidance notes (statutory or otherwise) concerning the protection of or harm to human health (including food safety) or the Environment or the conditions of the work place and worker and process safety, or the generation, transportation, storage, treatment or disposal of any Hazardous Substance, in each case as enacted, amended, replaced or supplemented from time to time and in each case to the extent legally binding from time to time.

Examples of ESH Law in a sentence

  • The department shall rescind no later than the first Monday in June for the immediately preceding assessment year any exemption described in section 9m or 9n of the general property tax act, 1893 PA 206, MCL 211.9m and 211.9n, granted for any parcel for which payment in full and any penalty due have not been received or for which the department discovers that the property is not eligible under section 9m or 9n of the general property tax act, 1893 PA 206, MCL 211.9m and 211.9n.

  • State of Texas Textravel means Texas Administrative Code, Title 34, Part 1, Chapter 5, Subchapter C, Section 5.22, relative to travel reimbursements under this Contract, if any.

  • Applicable Law means all applicable provisions of constitutions, laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, treaties, regulations, permits, licenses, approvals, interpretations and orders of courts or Governmental Authorities and all orders and decrees of all courts and arbitrators.

  • Convertible Note Documents means (a) the 2024 Convertible Note Documents, and (b) the Future Convertible Notes and each other promissory note, note purchase agreement, indenture and other material documents evidencing or relating thereto.

  • common law SPOUSE means two people who have cohabitated as spousal partners for a period of not less than one (1) year.

  • the/this Agreement means the agreement as set out in this document and the Appendices hereto;

  • Senior Note Documents means the Senior Notes, the Senior Note Agreement, the Senior Note Guarantees and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Notes or the Senior Note Agreement.

  • Applicable Foreign Obligor Documents has the meaning specified in Section 5.12.

  • Property Jurisdiction means the jurisdiction in which the Land is located.

  • the Constitution means the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, Act 108 of 1996

  • Interpretation Act means the Interpretation Act (British Columbia) from time to time in force and all amendments thereto and includes all regulations and amendments thereto made pursuant to that Act;

  • Commonwealth means the Commonwealth of Australia and includes the Government for the time being thereof;

  • Fund Documents those documents prepared by the Fund that, pursuant to Rule 498(e)(1), must be publicly accessible, free of charge, at the Web site address specified on the cover page or at the beginning of the Summary Prospectus.

  • bodies governed by public law means bodies that have all of the following characteristics:

  • Law means any law, statute, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order, writ, proclamation, judgment, injunction or decree of any Governmental Authority.

  • Applicable Laws/ Rules means the laws/ Rules of Islamic Republic of Pakistan/Punjab, as they may be issued and enforced from time to time.

  • Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Holdings Pledge Agreement, each of the Mortgages, collateral assignments, security agreements, pledge agreements, intellectual property security agreements or other similar agreements delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 4.02, Section 6.11 or Section 6.13, and each of the other agreements, instruments or documents that creates or purports to create a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Related Transactions Documents means the Loan Documents and all other agreements or instruments executed in connection with the Related Transactions.

  • State of Charge (SOC) means the available electrical charge in a REESS expressed as a percentage of its rated capacity.

  • the 1988 Act means the Local Government Finance Act 1988.
