ESG Requirements definition

ESG Requirements means the Mandatory Policies, the Code, all applicable ESG Laws, the Basic Terms and Conditions of Employment, the Core Labour Standards and the IFC Performance Standards (as applicable).
ESG Requirements means, to the extent applicable to any Group Company, the requirements set out in in the ESG Policy;
ESG Requirements. The social and environmental obligations to be undertaken by the portfolio companies to ensure compliance with: (i) the Exclusion List; (ii) Applicable ES&G Laws; (iii) the Performance Standards, and (iv) any other requirements established by the ES&G Management System.

Examples of ESG Requirements in a sentence

  • In the event GPC reasonably determines that the Company and/or Founders are materially non-compliant with any of the ESG Requirements, the Company and the Founders shall work with GPC on a good faith basis to develop and agree upon a corrective action plan setting forth specific remediation measures to address such non-compliance.

  • In connection with any capital call (or other application of AXA IM Impact Fund capital) for the proposed investment, AXA IM Impact Fund will confirm (a) the categorization of the operations of the related Industry Partner (whether proposed or existing), (b) the rationale for such categorization, and (c) that AXA IM Impact Fund has applied the ES&G Management System in accordance with the ES&G Requirements with respect to the proposed investment.

  • Records that allow the Department to comply with the Department’s record keeping and reporting under the ESG Requirements.


More Definitions of ESG Requirements

ESG Requirements means the requirements set out in Part A of Schedule [X] to the extent applicable to any Group Company;
ESG Requirements means the requirements set out in Schedule B and in Schedule C to the extent applicable to any Portfolio Company. Schedule B makes reference to Schedule D (“Exclusion List”).
ESG Requirements means environmental laws, social laws, any environment and/or social permit, license, consent, approval or other Authorization required by the Company to conduct the Business, and any other requirement notified to the Company by GPC.
ESG Requirements the environmental, social and governance obligations to be undertaken by the Investee Companies to ensure compliance with: (i) the Exclusion List, and (ii) any other requirements established by the ESG Management System.
ESG Requirements means all requirements, conditions, standards, protections, obligations or performance with respect to: (i) all environmental, social, labor and health and safety aspects of Applicable ESG Laws and any Authorisation issued thereunder; (ii) Basic Terms and Conditions of Employment; (iii) Core Labor Standards, (iv) the IFC Performance Standards;
ESG Requirements means the requirements set out in Part A to this ESG Policy to the extent applicable to any Group Company.
