Action Plan means an action plan as defined in the AEP Regulations in relation to the Premises;]
Resettlement Action Plan or “RAP”, means a plan approved by the Association, to be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the RPF, setting forth principles and procedures governing land acquisition or other associated Project impacts, resettlement and compensation of Affected Persons, as well as reporting and monitoring arrangements to ensure compliance with the said plan, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association, and “Resettlement Action Plans” or “RAPs” shall mean such Resettlement Action Plans, collectively.
Annual Action Plan means any of the plans referred to in Section 3.05 (a) and/or (c) of this Agreement;
resolution plan means a plan proposed by resolution applicant for insolvency resolution of the corporate debtor as a going concern in accordance with Part II;
Corrective Action Plan has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.
Emergency Action Plan means the plan referred to in Section I.G of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, detailing the activities, budget, implementation plan, and monitoring and evaluation arrangements, to respond to the Eligible Crisis or Emergency.
Parent Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 7.8(b).
Quebec Action means the Quebec Action as defined in Schedule A.
Mitigation plan means a proposal that includes the process or means to achieve carbon dioxide mitigation through use of mitigation projects or carbon credits.
Tax Action means any claim, action, suit, complaint, arbitration, audit, investigation, review, assessment, notice of deficiency or other proceeding relating to any Tax or Return by or before any Tax Authority.
Remediation Plan means a report identifying:
Ontario Action means the Ontario Action as defined in Schedule A.
Asset Management Plan means a plan created by the department and approved by the state transportation commission or a plan created by a local road agency and approved by the local road agency's governing body that includes provisions for asset inventory, performance goals, risk of failure analysis, anticipated revenues and expenses, performance outcomes, and coordination with other infrastructure owners.
Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and
Risk Disclosure Statement the risk disclosure statement provided by the Broker to the Client before the opening of the Account and/or from time to time in form prescribed by the SFC from time to time with the current version set out in Part IV;
Remedial Action Plan has the meaning provided in Section 3.9(c)(ii).
Steps Plan means a plan evidenced by Eligible Information contemplating that there will be a series of successions to some or all of the Relevant Obligations of the Reference Entity, by one or more entities.
Defined Contribution Plan A retirement plan which provides for an individual account for each participant and for benefits based solely on the amount contributed to the participant's account, and any income, expenses, gains and losses, and any forfeitures of accounts of other participants which the plan may allocate to such participant's account. The Advisory Committee must treat all defined contribution plans (whether or not terminated) maintained by the Employer as a single plan. Solely for purposes of the limitations of Part 2 of this Article III, the Advisory Committee will treat employee contributions made to a defined benefit plan maintained by the Employer as a separate defined contribution plan. The Advisory Committee also will treat as a defined contribution plan an individual medical account (as defined in Code Section 415(l)(2)) included as part of a defined benefit plan maintained by the Employer and, for taxable years ending after December 31, 1985, a welfare benefit fund under Code Section 419(e) maintained by the Employer to the extent there are post-retirement medical benefits allocated to the separate account of a key employee (as defined in Code Section 419A(d)(3)).
Company Operating Agreement means that certain Eighth Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company, dated as of September 20, 2013, as the same may be amended from time to time.
resolution action means the decision to place an institution or entity referred to in point (b), (c) or (d) of Article 1(1) under resolution pursuant to Article 32 or 33, the application of a resolution tool, or the exercise of one or more resolution powers;
Investment Plan means the document in terms of which the special purpose vehicle will invest in unlisted investments and all matters incidental thereto;
Reorganization Plan means a plan of reorganization in any of the Cases.
Disclosure Statement Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Disclosure Statement.
No-Action Letter means the response of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Office of Chief Counsel of Investment Management, dated April 18, 1995, in respect of the Xxxxxxxxx Russia Fund, Inc. (SEC Ref. No. 95-151-CC, File No. 811-8788) providing "no- action" relief under '17(f) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and SEC Rule 17- f5 thereunder, in connection with custody of such Xxxxxxxxx Russia Fund, Inc.'s investments in Russian Securities.
Disclosure Statement Approval Order means the Final Order approving, among other things, the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Disclosure Statement means the written disclosure statement that relates to this Plan, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rule 3017, as such disclosure statement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
