Escrow Option definition

Escrow Option and “Escrow Option Proceeds” shall have the meanings set forth in Section 3.1(b) hereof.

Examples of Escrow Option in a sentence

  • Each Assumed Option shall be evidenced by two certificates, one representing the Escrow Option and one representing the remaining portion of the Assumed Option (the "Non-Escrow Option").
