At the conclusion of the Transition Period, EVO Companies shall delete all copies of the Escrow Data from EVO Companies’ IT System and databases, and shall provide a certification from an officer of EVO Companies that such Escrow Data has been deleted.

All changes made must be reflected in the Listing of Discrepancies between Escrow Data and Zone File report.
EVO Companies shall subsequently deposit an update of all Escrow Data in escrow on (i) the last day of the Transition Period, (ii) the date of the closing of a transaction for the sale of Operator or of all or substantially all of the assets of Operator, and (iii) the date of termination or expiration of this Agreement.
EVO Companies’ obligation to place such Escrow Data in escrow is absolute and unconditional, regardless of whether any Transition Services are performed pursuant to this Agreement.
