Escrow Bond definition

Escrow Bond shall have the meaning given to such term in the Indenture.
Escrow Bond means money deposited with the State Treasurer in trust, said money shall be placed in an account in the name of the West Virginia Division of Labor and the employer. An employer who cannot provide either a surety bond or collateral bond must deposit with the West Virginia Division of Labor the amount of money set forth in W. Va Code '21-5-14(a).

In the event that a defeased obligation which is an S&P Eligible Asset does not meet the criteria of an Escrowed Bond, such Municipal Obligation will be deemed to remain in the Issue Type Category into which it fell prior to such defeasance.

  • Escrow Trustee means the bank or trust company designated by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award as the initial escrow agent with respect to the Refunded Bonds under the Escrow Agreement and until a successor Escrow Trustee shall have become such pursuant to the provisions of the Escrow Agreement and, thereafter, "Escrow Trustee" shall mean the successor Escrow Trustee.
