Escalation Month definition
Escalation Month is the calendar month immediately following the month the lease went into effect. For example, if the effective date of the lease is January 2014, the Escalation Month is February. “PPI-FS” is the Producer Price Index for Farm Products, Series Id: WPU01, not seasonally adjusted, published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).
