Escalation Level means the various management levels 1, 2 and 3 for the clearance and settlement of any disputes between the Parties as defined in the MSD. Escalation Management Process is the process for involving higher level management in the course of the handling of a critical issue or dispute as defined in Section 4 of the MSD.
