Escalated Case definition

Escalated Case means an Authorized User Case that the Product Support team has been unable to address and has passed it (escalated) to the Product Sustaining team for more in-depth technical analysis.
Escalated Case means any Case where the Customer and either Party agree that the resolution of the Customer’s situation requires additional attention by the other Party or both Parties together. The Escalation process is initiated by the Customer.

Examples of Escalated Case in a sentence

  • Future net revenues shall be calculated by deducting anticipated expenses (using either (i) escalations of future costs supplied by the General Partner if the General Partner adopted the Escalated Case with respect to future sales prices of Hydrocarbons or (ii) constant future costs if the General Partner adopted the SEC Case with respect to future sales prices of Hydrocarbons) from estimated future gross revenues.
