ESCALADE NOTE definition
ESCALADE NOTE means that certain unsecured, demand promissory note made by Escalade and payable to the order of the Company, dated as of the Closing Date in an original principal amount of $14,000,000.00.
Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of a Lender evidencing Loans made by such Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
Contract Note means a written confirmation issued by the ICAV pursuant to Clauses 27 to 32 hereof;
Underlying Note means the one or more promissory notes executed by an obligor evidencing a Loan.
Destroyed Mortgage Note A Mortgage Note the original of which was permanently lost or destroyed and has not been replaced.
Promissory Note means an instrument that evidences a promise to pay a monetary obligation, does not evidence an order to pay, and does not contain an acknowledgment by a bank that the bank has received for deposit a sum of money or funds.
