ESA Fees definition
ESA Fees means the applicable Electrical Safety Authority fees for an Eligible Measure, as shown in the “ESA Costs” table in the “Efficient Measure List” worksheet in the Eligible Measures List, and which will be reflected in the Work Order and count towards the Project Cost Cap.
ESA Fees means the fees described on Schedule B that may be earned by an Enterprise Software Advisor for the performance of the functions set forth on Schedule A.
