ESA Contract definition

ESA Contract means the contract between Inmarsat and ESA of even date with this Contract and described in the fourth whereas in the preamble.
ESA Contract means the contract between the Customer and ESA dated 31 July 2019 as described in more detail in Recital 3 above.
