E&S Permits definition
E&S Permits means any Authorization and the filing of any notification, report or assessment with any Governmental Authority that is required under any Environmental Laws for the construction or operation of the Project.
E&S Permits means all material (in the context of the Business taken as a whole) permits, licenses, consents, registrations and other authorisations required under any E&S Laws for the operation of the Business.
