ERTU definition

ERTU means Enterprise Restructuring Technical Unit (Unidade Tecnica para a Reorganizacao das Empresas), a unit of MOF established and operating pursuant to Despacho issued by the Minister of Finance of the Borrower dated February 19, 1988, and with the functions and staffing set forth in paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to this Agreement;

  • The Engineer shall ensure that all technical aspects of Project implementation are well integrated into the general work of ERTU.
