Errors, Omissions and Defects definition

Errors, Omissions and Defects means an act, error or omission (negligent or not) relating to: a) land use and planning including zoning, development, surveying or siting; b) the design, specification, workmanship, repair, construction, renovation, remodeling, grading or compaction; c) materials used in repair, construction, renovation or remodeling; or d) maintenance of property (including land structures or improvements) whether on or off the insured premises. We pay for an ensuing loss unless the ensuing loss itself is excluded.

  • Errors and Omissions Policy As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • Errors shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.2(c) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy means an errors and omissions insurance policy maintained by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Trustee, the Custodian or the Certificate Administrator, as the case may be, in accordance with Section 8.2, Section 9.2 and Section 7.17, respectively.
