Error Notice definition

Error Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Error Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.06(f).

  • Upon receipt of a Timely Error Notice, CMS shall review the calculations in question and any mathematical issues raised by the ACO in its written notice.

  • For Priority 2 and Priority 3 Errors, any Error Notice received after M*Modal business hours will be deemed to be received by M*Modal on M*Modal’s immediately following business day.

  • Where the recipient of the Error Notice disputes the existence of the Manifest Error, or the ALS Failure, or disputes whether the Replacement Estimated Relevant Funding Position is itself subject to a Manifest Error, or both, they shall, within 5 Business Days of their receipt of the Error Notice, notify the other party (being the Guarantor or the Trustee) in writing (the “Error Dispute Notice”).

  • If you discover that any Entry is in error, you immediately shall give telephonic notice to the Program Manager of the complete nature of the error and Entries affected, confirmed immediately thereafter in writing ("Error Notice").

  • If Company discovers that any Entry is in error, Company immediately shall give telephonic notice to F&M BANK of the complete nature of the error and Entries affected, confirmed immediately thereafter in writing ("Company Error Notice").

Related to Error Notice

  • Prior Notice means notice by the Bank of certain facts or of a particular state of affairs of at least three (3) calendar days.

  • LIBOR Notice means a written notice in the form of Exhibit L-1.

  • Reminder Notice means a notice in writing issued in accordance with clause 7.1(1)(a).

  • Notice of Account Designation has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.3(b).

  • Prescribed Notice means 28 days or any shorter period of notice for a meeting of members of the Company allowed under the Corporations Act.
