Error Incident definition

Error Incident. Any service unavailability resulting from Stakeholder’s or Registered User’s applications, content or equipment, or the acts or omissions of any of Stakeholder’s service users or Stakeholder/Registered User’s third-party providers over whom ▇▇▇▇▇ exercises no control.

Examples of Error Incident in a sentence

  • An Error Incident is a single or series of NAV Errors that results from the same act, omission, or use of incorrect data.

  • Further, it is possible that the same Error Incident causes an NAV Error, or a Material NAV Error, on one or several days but not all consecutive days during the Error Period (e.g., an unrecorded corporate action results in an improper share position that causes the NAV impact to fluctuate above/below a full cent (or above/below ½ of 1%) on different days prior to discovery and correction).

  • Time of reaction to Error, Incident or Defective malfunction is 1 hour after notification from Customer during working days and 2 hours after notification from Customer during non-working days.

  • When ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ support team receives a call from City that a Downtime has occurred or is occurring, ▇▇▇▇▇ will work with City to identify the cause of the Downtime (including whether it may be the result of a City Error Incident or Force Majeure).

Related to Error Incident

  • Minor incident means an occurrence involving a consumer during service provision that is not a major incident and that:

  • Cyber incident means actions taken through the use of computer networks that result in a compromise or an actual or potentially adverse effect on an information system and/or the information residing therein.

  • Privacy Incident means a violation or imminent threat of violation of security policies, acceptable use policies, or standard security practices, involving the breach of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), whether in electronic or paper format.

  • Data Incident means a breach of Google’s security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Customer Data on systems managed by or otherwise controlled by Google.

  • Nuclear incident means any occurrence that causes bodily injury, sickness, disease or death, or loss of or damage to property, or loss of use of property, arising out of or resulting from the radioactive, toxic, explosive, or other hazardous properties of source material, special nuclear material, or by-product material which is used in connection with the operation of the Facility. “Source material”, “special nuclear material”, and “by-product material”, as applicable to this Agreement shall have those meanings assigned by the AEA.
