Error-free processing definition

Error-free processing means the installed System is operating in a manner meeting all of the technical requirements of this Agreement, with no work-around or manual intervention required, and free of errors deemed by HCD to be of Severity levels 1, 2, and 3, as defined in Section 12.1, Severity Definitions. Severity level 4 errors will not impede full System acceptance. At such time as MB3 has received HCD’s unconditional written confirmation of error- free processing as described in this section, MB3 may commence invoicing for the maintenance and operations charges in the month following such full system acceptance. Full system acceptance will be provided by HCD for each separate system instance of eGrants.
