  • Tompkins County shall provide EROC partners with technical assistance and/or project planning assistance based on any new initiatives included in the annual EROC work plan.

  • EROC will be governed under the terms and conditions of the EROC By-Laws.

  • Tompkins County will administer those funds in accordance with the EROC annual work plan.

  • The EROC will coordinate with the Tompkins County Departments and other providers as necessary and agreed upon by EROC.

  • The provisions of this agreement shall apply only to field employees on permanent and rotational assignments to the ERO Construction District (hereinafter referred to as “EROC”) and short-term transfers to the EROC.
