Ericsson Background IP definition
Ericsson Background IP means all IP owned or controlled by Ericsson as of EDC, and all IP conceived or developed by Ericsson after EDC (other than in performance under this Agreement), which is incorporated in or necessary for the use (as provided for herein) of the Work being delivered pursuant to this Agreement.
