ERGO definition

ERGO means ERGO Group AG with registered seat at ERGO-Platz 1, 40198 Düsseldorf, Germany, the ultimate parent company of the ERGO Group.
ERGO means Ergo Mining Operations Proprietary Limited, Registration No. 2005/033662/07;
ERGO means Ergo Mining Proprietary Limited (registration number 2007/004886/07), a company duly registered and incorporated with limited liability in accordance with laws of South Africa;

  • Upon the Scheme becoming effective, the name of the Transferee Company shall, without any further act, instrument or deed, stand altered to “HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Ltd.” Such alteration in the name of the Transferee Company shall take place as an integral part of the Scheme and the consent of the shareholders to the Scheme shall be deemed to be sufficient for the purposes of effecting this alteration in the name of the Transferee Company.

  • In performing services under this Agreement, Executive shall at all times in service to ERGO hereunder be subject to the supervision and control of ERGO.

  • Executive desires to be employed by ERGO and is willing to provide services on the terms and conditions detailed herein.
