ERDS definition

ERDS means the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Service as promulgated by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops or its successor organizations as such ERDs may be modified or supplemented from time to time or interpreted by the Xxxxxx of the Diocese of Austin.
ERDS means an ERDS Program certified Electronic Recording Delivery System certified by the ERDS Program to deliver digitized electronic records and/or digital electronic records to a County Recorder, and, when applicable, return those records to the Agent or Authorized Submitter.
ERDS means an ERDS Program certified Electronic Recording Delivery System to deliver digitized electronic records and/or digital electronic records to a County Recorder for recording, and, when applicable, may return to the party requesting recording Authorized Submitter.
