ERCOT Region definition

ERCOT Region means the geographic area and associated transmission and distribution facilities that are not synchronously interconnected with electric utilities operating outside the jurisdiction of the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
ERCOT Region means the geographic area within the State of Texas served by electric utilities, municipally owned utilities, electric cooperatives and retail electric providers that are not synchronously interconnected with electric transmission systems outside the State of Texas.
ERCOT Region means the geographic region within the State of Texas administered by ERCOT.
