Equivalent Qualifications definition

Equivalent Qualifications means international qualifications agreed in writing by the Procurer from time to time.
Equivalent Qualifications means qualification or a course which the School and Teacher agree as being equivalent to the qualification or course prescribed by the clause in question in this Agreement or which the Commission determines to be so equivalent.
Equivalent Qualifications means a qualification which the Employer and the Employee agree as being equivalent to the qualification prescribed by the clause in question in this Agreement, or which is accepted as equivalent by the National Office of Overseas Skills Recognition of the Australian Department of Employment Education and Training or ACECQA.
