Equivalency Project definition
Equivalency Project means State Revolving Fund (SRF) funded project(s) designated by ECOLOGY to receive federal funding and meet additional federal requirements.
Equivalency Project means a project designated by the Finance Authority as an “equivalency project” under the Clean Water Act related to the “US Environmental Protection Agency Capitalization Grant for Clean Water State Revolving Funds” for the federal fiscal year ending September 30, 2022 (or such later federal fiscal year as the Finance Authority may otherwise designate).
Equivalency Project means a project for which the project sponsor shall document compliance with specific federal requirements under subsection 62-552.700(1), F.A.C., in addition to the general requirements under subsections 62-552.700(2) through (11), F.A.C.
More Definitions of Equivalency Project
Equivalency Project means a wastewater treatment facility under § 212 of the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. § 1292, constructed in whole or in part before October 1, 1994, with funds equaling the amount of the federal capitalization grant.
Equivalency Project means a project for which the local government shall document compliance with specific federal requirements under Rules 62-503.700(1) and (5), F.A.C., in addition to the general requirements under Rules 62-503.700(2) through (10)(4),(6), and (7), F.A.C., to qualify for a loan. These federal equivalency requirements shall be met for continued segmented funding of ongoing construction or materials contracts that were funded as an equivalency project in the preceding fiscal year.
