Equity Transaction Documents definition

Equity Transaction Documents means the Share Purchase Agreement, the Shareholders’ Agreement, the Articles of Association and the Internal Rules.
Equity Transaction Documents means the Finance Documents, each Equity Commitment Letter, the Letter of Credit and the Market Purchase Agreement.
