Equity Support Deed definition
Equity Support Deed means the Equity Support Deed, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Borrower, the Operator, the Sponsors, the Shareholders, the General Partner, the Facility Agent, the Offshore Accounts Bank and the Collateral Agent.
Equity Support Deed means each of the equity support deeds dated on or about the Signing Date entered into by, amongst others, the relevant Equity Parties, the Offshore Security Agent and the Intercreditor Agent.
