Equity Subscription Price definition

Equity Subscription Price means a “per share price” of Ps$2.90 per Certificado de Participación Ordinario (or its equivalent for any other security which underlying value are Equity Interests).

  • Delivery of the Equity Subscription Price shall be made via DWAC, within five Business Days of the Expiration Date.
