Equity Infusions definition

Equity Infusions means the net proceeds received by the Borrower from any stock or other equity interests issued by the Borrower plus any other capital contributions to the Borrower.

Examples of Equity Infusions in a sentence

  • The Borrower will not permit Tangible Net Worth to be less at any time than $5,000,000 plus 50% of positive Net Income for all fiscal periods ending subsequent to December 31, 1999, plus 100% of any Equity Infusions occurring subsequent to December 31, 1999.

  • The Borrower will not permit Tangible Net Worth to be less at any time than $5,500,000 plus 50% of positive Net Income for all fiscal periods ending subsequent to the Closing Date, plus 100% of any Equity Infusions occurring subsequent to the Closing Date.

  • The Borrower will not permit Tangible Net Worth to be less at any time than $1,100,000 plus 50% of positive Net Income for all fiscal periods ending subsequent to September 30, 2000, plus 100% of any Equity Infusions occurring subsequent to September 30, 2000.
