Equity Index Level definition
Equity Index Level means, in relation to any Scheduled Trading Day, the official level of the Equity Index, as calculated and announced by the Equity Index Sponsor at the Valuation Time on such Scheduled Trading Day.
Equity Index Level means, in respect of any Reference Equity Scheduled Trading Day, the Closing Index Level (expressed in USD) of the Equity Index on such day, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
