Equity Drawdown Facility definition
Equity Drawdown Facility means the equity draw-down facility with an institutional investor that allows Borrower to issue up to $150,000,000 (in monthly increments of up to $12,500,000) in common stock for cash at the market price of Borrower's common Stock less a discount of 2.75% to 4.25%, or any renewal or extension thereof that does not have the effect of increasing the maximum amount that may be issued by Borrower and is otherwise on terms and conditions not less favorable to Borrower.
