Equity Derivative definition

Equity Derivative means a Listed Product where the Underlying is a Stock, Depositary Receipt, ETF or index or basket of Stocks, Depositary Receipts or ETFs;
Equity Derivative means an Admiral Product whose Underlying Reference Instrument is an equity-based financial product traded on an Exchange.
