Equity Award Plans definition

Equity Award Plans means the ATLS Equity Plans and APL Equity Plans as defined in the Employee Matters Agreement dated as of [ ], 2014 by and among Parent, Parent GP, SpinCo and SpinCo GP.
Equity Award Plans means the ATLS Equity Plans, each and APL Equity Plans as defined in the Employee Matters Agreement.

  • As of the date of this Agreement, there are no outstanding obligations of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to repurchase, redeem or otherwise acquire any shares of capital stock or other equity interest of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, other than pursuant to the Company Equity Award Plans.

  • RSU Plan means the restricted share unit plan for senior officers, employees and consultants adopted in November of 2008 by Jaguar, as amended from time to time;

  • Stock Plan means any stock incentive, stock option, stock ownership or employee benefits plan of the General Partner.

  • Company RSU Award means any award of restricted stock units or performance stock units outstanding under the Company Stock Plans.
