Equity at Par definition
Equity at Par means all amounts paid to the Concessionaire by way of subscription for Equity shares in the subscribed and paid up capital of the Concessionaire less dividends and other distributions paid to the shareholders of the Concessionaire; Provided that that only such equity capital amount as infused and utilised by Concessionaire towards meeting the cost of procuring Hospital Equipment’s, Medical College Equipment’s, allied equipment and /or construction of infrastructure facilities (as required by Applicable Laws and/or permitted by Authority; and not covered by Grant amount), shall for part hereof for computation of Equity at Par
