Equitable Development Plan. The goal of the Equitable Development Plan is to ensure that the ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ is a driver of inclusive development – development that provides opportunities for all residents regardless of income and demography.
