Equitable Adjustments definition

Equitable Adjustments means the equitable adjustments made whenever there shall occur a stock dividend, stock split, combination, reorganization, recapitalization, reclassification, or other similar event involving a change in the capital structure of the Company.

Related to Equitable Adjustments

  • Value Adjustments means cash lending revenues and other revenues on collateral in respect of a Series of ETP Securities.

  • True-Up Adjustment means any Semi-Annual True-Up Adjustment or Interim True-Up Adjustment, as the case may be.

  • Adjustments means all discounts, allowances, returns, disputes, counterclaims, offsets, defenses, rights of recoupment, rights of return, warranty claims, or short payments, asserted by or on behalf of any Account Debtor with respect to any Purchased Receivable.

  • Spread Adjustment means a mathematical or other adjustment to an alternate benchmark rate selected pursuant to Section 2.5(c) of the Agreement and such adjustment may be positive, negative, or zero, subject to the specific Spread Adjustments set forth in Section 2.5(c).
