Examples of Equipment Valuation in a sentence
In the event the outstanding principal amount of the Term Loan exceeds the Adjusted Equipment Valuation, then Borrowers shall execute a deficiency note similar in form to the Term Note (the "Deficiency Note"), in an amount equal to the difference between the outstanding principal amount of the Term Loan and the Adjusted Equipment Valuation, as determined on the date of the Equipment Valuation.
The Borrowers agree to execute the Deficiency Note within 30 days after receipt by the Bank of the Equipment Valuation, together with a modification of the Term Note, and such other agreements, documents, certifications and affidavits reasonably required by the Bank in connection therewith, including, but not limited to, corporate resolutions approving the transaction contemplated.
On or before September 6, 1996, the Borrowers shall have delivered to the Bank the Equipment Valuation.
