Equipment Setup definition

Equipment Setup means placing the Equipment on location, connecting the cables and any programming necessary for the Equipment to operate as a complete System, but does not include Equipment Installation.
Equipment Setup. The renter is responsible for set up and placing the tables and chairs used for the event. Care of the Equipment and Facility: Cover all tables with a tablecloth if food or drinks are served. Renters will provide their own tablecloths. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING ON THE WINDOWS OR LIGHT FIXTURES! All decorations or other material must be taken away after the event. The community center will not be responsible for any material or items left in the building. In consideration of the signing of this rental agreement by both parties, West Madison Utility District ( “WMUD”) agrees to allow the Renter to use the furniture now located in the demised premises, including all tables and chairs located therein. These articles are the property of the WMUD and shall remain upon the premises and be surrendered to WMUD at the expiration of this rental agreement without damage, excepting ordinary wear and tear.

  • Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;

In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modifications or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard. Tariff shall mean the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”), as filed with the Commission, and as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor tariff. Trial Operation shall mean the period during which Developer is engaged in on-site test operations and commissioning of the Large Generating Facility prior to Commercial Operation.

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.
