EQUIPMENT ENVIRONMENT definition
EQUIPMENT ENVIRONMENT. The responsibility for physical site conditions, including power, temperature, humidity and space are those of Customer and not AVI. Customer shall prepare and maintain, at its sole expense, adequate space and a proper environment for the equipment in accordance with AVI’s specifications including proper electrical power. Completion of such preparation shall be a condition precedent to AVI’s obligation to maintain and repair the equipment under the terms of this Agreement.
