Equipment Condition definition

Equipment Condition means the grade of containers based on their repair status. There are four 50 general grades for second-hand containers: (a) i) Brand New: Also referred to as One Trip Containers. These are new containers shipped from factory 52 to the sale location with usually one cargo load. The Buyer acknowledges that one-trip Units are used 53 one-way by international steamship lines and may arrive by ship, truck, rail or other means and that 54 such Equipment will have wear and tear and other marks related to such use.

Examples of Equipment Condition in a sentence

  • Good used Material and Equipment (Condition B) being used Material in sound and serviceable condition, suitable for reuse without reconditioning, shall be priced at seventy five percent (75%) of such new purchase Net Cost in accordance with international Petroleum industry practice.
