Equipment Breakdown Coverage definition

Equipment Breakdown Coverage or “Hot Testing Coverage” during installation and testing operations, including, but not limited to, performance testing of any machinery, equipment, electrical apparatus, traction power systems, signal systems, associated controls, etc., where applicable.

  • Equipment Breakdown Coverage (a.k.a. Boiler & Machinery) shall be included as required by the Contract Documents or by law, which shall specifically cover insured equipment during installation and testing (including hot testing, where applicable).

  • CHANGES This Equipment Breakdown Coverage Document contains all the agreements between the Member District and the CSD Pool concerning the coverage afforded.

  • On each renewal, continuation, or anniversary of the effective date of this Equipment Breakdown Coverage Document, the CSD Pool will compute the contribution in accordance with the CSD Pool’s rates, rules and practices then in effect.

  • The amount of the loss which is in disagreement, after making provisions for any undisputed claims payable under the policies and after the amount of the loss is agreed upon by the Member District, the CSD Pool and the provider of Commercial Property insurance, is limited to the minimum amount remaining payable under either this Equipment Breakdown Coverage Document or the Commercial Property policy.

  • This total limit applies to all coverages under this Equipment Breakdown Coverage Document except Defense.

  • The loss, damage or expense caused by such surge or disturbance is not a covered cause of loss under another coverage part or policy of insurance the Member District has, whether collectible or not, and without regard to whether or not the other coverage part or policy of insurance provides the same coverage or scope of coverage as this Equipment Breakdown Coverage Document.
