LWDA means the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency, the agency entitled, under Labor Code section 2699, subd. (i).
Zone 3 means all of that part of the Lower Peninsula south of the line described in subdivision (bb).
Hydrozone means a portion of the landscaped area having plants with similar water needs and rooting depth. A hydrozone may be irrigated or non-irrigated.
Sewage sludge weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, including admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Monitoring frequencies for sewage sludge parameters are based on the reported sludge weight generated in a calendar year (use the most recent calendar year data when the NPDES permit is up for renewal).
Buffer Zone means an area designated to be left along roads or other features in which there will be no cutting.
