Equality Requirements definition

Equality Requirements means the Part-time Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2000, the Fixed-term Employees (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2002 and the Equality Act 2010;
Equality Requirements shall have the meaning given to it in Schedule 23 Equality, Diversity and Human Rights;

  • D2.4 In delivering the Services, the Contractor shall operate at all times in accordance with the diversity and equality requirements set out in Schedule 8 (Diversity and Equality Requirements) or such other diversity and equality requirements as notified by the Authority to the Contractor from time to time.

  • In delivering the Services, the Prime Contractor shall operate at all times in accordance with the diversity and equality requirements set out in Appendix 2 (Diversity and Equality Requirements) or such other diversity and equality requirements as notified by the Contracting Body to the Prime Contractor from time to time.

  • The LEP shall, throughout the term of this Agreement, ensure that the Partnering Services are provided in such a manner as to comply with the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, the Human Rights Act 1998 and the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000 and shall also ensure that no breach of the terms of Schedule 19 (Race Equality Requirements) shall occur.

  • Neither party shall unlawfully discriminate either directly or indirectly on such grounds as race, colour, ethnic or national origin, disability, sex or sexual orientation, religion or belief, or age and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing neither party shall unlawfully discriminate within the meaning and scope of the Equality Requirements and the Human Rights ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or other relevant legislation, or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof.

  • The Contracting Body will review the Supplier' Diversity and Equality Delivery Plan when originally submitted by the Supplier in accordance with the Contracting Body’s Diversity and Equality Requirements Schedule (below) and at least annually thereafter.


More Definitions of Equality Requirements

Equality Requirements means the requirements specified in Schedule 15 (Equality Requirements) to this Agreement;
