Equal Responsibility definition

Equal Responsibility. The Association shall share equally with the County the 25 responsibility for applying the provisions of the Agreement.
Equal Responsibility. The Association shall share equally with the 7 County the responsibility for applying the provisions of the Agreement.
Equal Responsibility means sharing responsibilities of various ministries. Though there are differences about available time, physical strength, spiritual gifts of each elder, we all help one another. We give glory to God for successful ministries. We all share responsibilities for ministries not doing well.
