The EQ Financial Statements fairly present the consolidated financial position, the consolidated results of operations, changes in stockholders' equity, cash flows and the other information included therein of EQ and its subsidiaries for the periods or as of the dates therein set forth, in each case in accordance with GAAP consistently applied during the periods involved.
The EQ Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with GAAP and present fairly, in all material respects, the financial condition, results of operation and cash flows of EQ for the periods stated.
