With respect to the EPV Development and the GOEP Development only, except as set forth on the Environmental Reports, and in accordance with California Health & Safety Code Section 25359.7, Seller has no actual knowledge of, and Seller has no reasonable cause to believe, that any release of a Hazardous Substance has come to be located on or beneath the Real Property.
