EPU Holder means each Person who holds an EPU.

Such breaching Seller hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each other Seller, each Warrant Holder and each EPU Holder from all Losses incurred, sustained or suffered by such other Seller, Warrant Holder or EPU Holder in connection with any such breach.
